We're looking for a senior growth leader to build and scale a brand agency's presence in the U.S. market. This role is all about opening doors, shaping opportunities, and driving revenue by connecting the studio with the right brands and decision-makers across sports, lifestyle, consumer tech, entertainment, and music.
As the Director of Business Development, you'll activate your network, spot opportunities before they surface, and translate our creative capabilities into partnerships that matter. You're a strong communicator, a confident closer, and someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities by introducing the studio to key decision-makers in NYC and beyond
- Build, manage, and grow a high-quality sales pipeline
- Lead pitches and presentations, shaping narratives that align client needs with our creative offering
- Drive market strategy for the U.S., identifying trends and opportunities for expansion
- Lead RFP processes and craft compelling proposals
- Stay tapped into culture across sports, lifestyle, entertainment, consumer tech, and music
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in business development within creative advertising, branding, or strategy
- Strong existing network across leading U.S. brands and agencies
- Proven success winning new business, meeting revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships
- Experience with top-tier/NYC creative environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by results
